Jason Alligood | Elder-Teaching Pastor
Jason has been an elder & the Teaching Pastor of Fellowship Bible Church since November 2012. Previous to coming to Peoria, Jason & his family resided in the metropolitan area of St. Louis where Jason served as an Associate Pastor of New Community Church from 2000-2012. Prior to this he was the Pastor of Student Ministries of Grace Bible Church in rural FL. He repented of his sins & trusted in Christ's death & resurrection as the only means to be reconciled to God at the age of 16. He & his wife Amber were married in 1997 & have three children, Jonah (currently attending Lindenwood University), Karis & Aubrey. Jason is a student of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he is currently pursuing a PhD in Systematic Theology. Jason also has the pleasure of writing for the MBTS resource For the Church and has written for the school's theological journal as well. He holds a Masters degree in Bible & Theology from Calvary Theological Seminary & a Bachelors degree in Bible & Student Ministries from Moody Bible Institute. Jason is an adjunct professor of Puebla Bible Seminary (Puebla, MX) and a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, running & occasionally you’ll find him trying to bust a heel flip on his skateboard.
Brett Gross | Elder-Outreach and Discipleship Pastor
Brett was born in Belleville, Illinois, which is located about 20 minutes east of St. Louis, Missouri. He attended McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. Prior to coming on staff at Fellowship Bible Church, Brett taught seventh and eighth grade mathematics for about 10 years. During his tenure as a math teacher, he coached junior high and high school level basketball and football. Brett has also been employed as an account manager for ENTEC Services and as a membership advocate for Samaritan Ministries International. Brett is currently a student at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he pursuing a Master of Theological Studies. He is also pursuing certification as a biblical counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.
In the spring of 2000, Brett discovered his need for a Savior and repented of his sin and placed his faith in the life, death, and resurrection of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The director of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), who was a teammate of his in college, had a major impact or role in Brett's conversion as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Brett's and his wife Kari have been married since October of 2013. They have three children, Noelle, Tripp, and Aden. During his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, watching athletic events, exercising, and fishing.
Laurie Ducharme | Administrative Assistant
Laurie was born in Alpena, Michigan and trusted the Lord as her Savior as a child. She attended Liberty Baptist College (now Liberty University) where she majored in Business Administration with a minor in Music. Laurie is married and she and her husband, Mike, have three, married, sons and four grandchildren.
